After successfully opening his first interdimensional gateway, Quarith travels to the vibrant land of Rione, a strange place where people take on the traits of animals as they grow, and ancient magic seeps from the very earth. When the king seeks to unleash a demon long-sealed away, the race is on to obtain seven pieces of power scattered throughout the land, and Quarith finds himself hunting for the man whose duty it is to protect them.
